This is a 3d environment. The capitol building for these shots is a digital asset. While we procured a base model for the capitol, it was my job to beautify (remodel, retopologize, and upres)the model, and make appropriate changes to the model architecture - specifically in matching the stairs to the practical shot stairs the actors are walking on. Once matched, the adorning elements that exist in the real life capitol architecture were modeled in.
